Application for participation

You can apply for participation at the conference using submission system. Note that registration is possible using on-line form only. The registration is open till January 15, 2026. The Organizing Committee will not consider the applications sent after this date. Summary of the report should be between 1500 and 2000 printed signs and should contain description of problem, methods and main results of the research. The decision about compliance of the report with the topics of the conference and inclusion in the program will be reported to the authors before January 31, 2026 with the requirements for the articles enclosed. There will be two options for participation: on-site and on-line. The sections rooms will have online conference equipment so that both report types will be possible.

Publishing of reports

The articles sent in due time will be cross-checked (Crossref.org), peer-reviewed by two reviewers, language-edited and prepared for publication. After acceptance and paying of the participation fee articles will be published in the proceedings of the conference that will be issued before the beginning of the conference. DOI will be assigned to each article. The articles should be prepared in English (UK) language before March 20, 2026 to conference submission system.

Important note for authors: starting from year 2026 publication in proceedings will only be possible after presentation at the conference on-site, on-line or in poster session.

Participation fee

  • Participation fee for one person is 350 EUR, which includes publication of one article in the conference proceedings, participation in sections, on-site, on-line or poster presentation, coffee breaks, lunch, conference dinner and social tour. Participation fee for accompanying person on-site is 100 EUR.
  • Publication fee for participation and publication of one article for Ukrainian scientists is 150 EUR (if all authors are from Ukraine).
  • The fee includes publication by up to 4 authors and up to 6 pages. Each additional page costs 50 EUR. Publications by larger author collectives cost additional 50 EUR per author.
  • Registration fee should be transferred no later than 5 days after acceptance of publication, but no later than on May 15.
