Invoicing procedure (EN)

Please fill in the form (EN) Payment details with the payer's data and the payer's bank details. Send the completed form to the e-mail address: janis.palabinskis[at]lbtu.lv. The conformity of the fee with the number of pages and authors will be checked according to the "Second announcement and call for papers". The verified information will be transferred to the responsible accountant of LBTU. You will receive the invoice by e-mail from LBTU accounting Ilze Nartiša to the e-mail indicated by the payer. In case of uncertainty about the issued invoice, contact the LBTU accountant ilze.nartisa[at]btu.lv.

Rēķinu izrakstīšanas kārtība (LV)

Lūdzu aizpildiet veidlapu (LV) Rekvizīti ar maksātāja datiem un maksātāja bankas rekvizītiem. Aizpildītu veidlapu atsūtiet uz e-pasta adresi: janis.palabinskis[at]lbtu.lv. Tiks pārbaudīta maksas atbilstība lapaspušu un autoru skaitam atbilstoši “Second announcement and call for papers” noteiktajam. Pārbaudītā informācija tiks nodota LBTU atbildīgai grāmatvedei. Rēķinu saņemsiet pa e- pastu no LBTU grāmatvedības Ilzes Nartišas uz maksātāja norādīto e-pastu. Izrakstītā rēķina neskaidrības gadījumā sazināties ar LBTU grāmatvedi ilze.nartisa[at]lbtu.lv.
